Camera detects motion alerts but no push alert notifications
Please check that you have set up alert notifications and that your mobile phone's mobile network is good.
You can follow the following steps:
① Enable the alarm function in [APP]-[Settings]-[Mobile Alarm]
② APP-[My] interface-[General Settings]-activate [Application Message Notification]
③ You can choose to open the following three kinds of notifications: alarm notification, system notification, marketing notification
④ Reboot your phone
⑤ Re-login your account We recommand that you can connect your phone and the camera to the same network/switch the wifi to mobile data. If none of the above methods work, please email us at service@wansview.com and provide us with a photo of the sticker at the bottom of the camera.
