Camera recording was incomplete, sometimes recorded, sometimes not.

The camera triggers as long as the image (pixel) changes. This means that even light changes can trigger an alert.

 

The signal are important for recording videos. If your network is not very good, when your phone and camera are far away from the router, or when your phone switches to 4G network, the signal may become weak.

 

Here are the tips to improve the network:

① Make sure that the settings regarding video recording are correct

② Place the camera near the router

③ Reboot the router by unplugging and plugging the power cord

④ Your phone and camera connected to the same network / change another network

⑤ If there are several devices, turn some of them off

⑥ Connect the camera by Ethernet cable and adjust the camera antenna (if it supports)
