Why can't my alert play?

1. Please confirm if your Alert is a video or an image.

You can modify the attachment type in camera [Settings] > [Motion alerts] > [Attachment for alerts].

2. Please confirm that your phone's network is working properly.

Playing videos requires good network conditions.
