I am not receiving any alert notifications. What should I do?(Galayou R6)

Please:

1. go to [Me -> General Settings] and allow app notifications;

2. enable alert notifications;

3. go to [Camera -> Settings -> Motion Alarm] and enable the alarm;

4. select [Send all alerts].
